Premium Financing with Third-Party Loans

Premium Financing is a sophisticated method of finding premium dollars. There are actually three concepts available for this one, powerful idea. Based on this simple idea are two other modules. The first shows the use of the financing arrangement with an unfunded ILIT (Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust).

The second expands on this idea by using a funded ILIT - one in which the trust is in existence and already well-funded - or one in which the Grantor's Crummey powers permit the him/her to contribute substantial gifts over a shorter period of time than the premium paying period.
